Join us for the "Ultimate Gourmet Experience" in the world's gastronomic capital, in the company of food expert Stephanie
Curtis, an American food journalist, based in Paris for the past 20 years.

HIGHLIGHTS

Day 1

Employee at Poilâne Bakery

Morning stroll through a typical Parisian street market, followed by shopping at the pioneer bread maker Lionel Poilâne, ending at one of the best "affineur (cheese master)in Paris, who will show us his magnificent aging cellar for his cheeses and let us taste a few of his delicacies. Lunch at Stephanie's home in a typical Parisian apartment in the chic 16th arrondissement. Afternoon and dinner at leisure.

Day 2
Cooking ClassEcole de cuisine-LenotreVisit Place de la Madeleine and nearby Rue Royale "a food lovers paradise", full of shops specializing in luxuries, including Fauchon, the "millionaires supermarket". Then we will visit a specialty boutique offering the most luxurious kitchen utensils where you might run into a few celebrity chef's from around the world loading up on the newest gadgets. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening enjoy a Hand's-On cooking lesson at internationally acclaimed "Ecole de cuisine-Lenotre", followed by dinner at the very elegant Lenotre pavillon, a beautiful turn of the century mansion in the garden of the "Champs Elysees". Personalized embroidered apron and diploma yours to keep.

Day 3 entire day at leisure
Optional dawn-visit to Rungis, the world's most important food market, by far, supplying all of Europe's award-winning restaurants daily with "rare to find" produce. Price per person including transportation and breakfast $ 200.

Day 4 th
Early transfer to Charles De Gaulle airport.

THIS 4 DAY, 3 NIGHT PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 3 nights at Hotel Westminster with buffet breakfast
  • Hand's-On cooking lesson with dinner, personalized embroidered apron and diploma
